🚚 Shipping & Return Policy

At Zairyx, we partner with Roposo Clout to deliver high-quality products across India. Our goal is to ensure smooth delivery and transparent handling of returns.

📦 Order Processing & Delivery

  • Orders are processed within 24–48 hours of confirmation.

  • Estimated delivery time: 4–8 business days, depending on your location.

  • You’ll receive tracking details via SMS or email once the order is shipped.

💸 Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on all prepaid orders.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is available with a nominal handling fee.


🔁 Return to Origin (RTO) & Return to Vendor Processing (RVP)

We understand that sometimes deliveries don’t go as planned. Here's how we handle rejected or undelivered orders:

🧾 RTO Charges

  • If an order is undelivered due to customer unavailability, incorrect address, or refusal, it is marked as Return to Origin (RTO).

  • For example, a product weighing 480g incurs an RTO fee of ₹74, which will be deducted from your refund (if applicable).

🧾 RVP Charges

  • If the returned product is not damaged and the supplier is not at fault, a Return to Vendor Processing (RVP) fee applies.

  • For a 480g item, the RVP fee is ₹143.

  • This covers inspection, repackaging, and restocking.

⚠️ No RVP fee is charged if the supplier is found to be at fault (e.g., wrong item, defective product).


💳 Refunds for Prepaid Orders

  • Refunds are processed via the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • In case of RTO, applicable logistics charges (RTO + RVP) will be deducted from the refund amount.


📍 Serviceable Locations

  • We ship across pan-India, covering most pin codes.

  • If your location is unserviceable, we’ll notify you and issue a full refund.


🛑 Exceptions

  • Delivery timelines may be affected by holidays, strikes, or courier delays.

  • We do not offer international shipping at this time.
